HAD conducted the Evaluation Landscape Analysis in Somalia. The assignment was to understand the evaluation sector, institutional, and individual factors that inform and shape the national evaluation capacity-building program at the federal and regional level among the public sector, academia, as well as civil society/ Voluntary Organization for Professional Evaluation (VOPE) involved in advancing the evaluation agenda. A national Landscape Analysis report and a National Evaluation Capacity Development plan were developed to guide the country's Evaluation Capacity.
